Residents of the Township must obtain a permit to conduct open air fires year-round.  To obtain your permit, free of charge, please visit the municipal office during business hours to fill out the form. The permit is valid for a period of 10 days only. Once this period has elapsed, you simply need to call the office (450) 247-2050 so that we can renew the permit for another 10-day period.   Verbal confirmation is required.

Each week, we notify the fire department of all properties with active permits.

Annual permits are not issued.

It is strictly forbidden to burn leaves, grass, corn, toxic materials and garbage.

Supervision is required at all times.

We will issue a fine to property owners who burn without a permit.

Please consult regulation number 325 for more details.

If you have any questions, please contact the municipal office: (450) 247-2050.
